Hi-Dose Vitamin C:
Each level 5ml teaspoonful contains:
Vitamin C (from sodium ascorbate) (equiv. Sodium 372mg)......2850 mg
Vitamin C (ascorbic acid)......700mg
Vitamin B2 (riboflavin)......3mg
Also contains: Natural flavourings and thaumatin.
Dosage:
Nasal Clear Manuka: Adults (12 years and older): Apply 2 sprays into each nostril 2 to 3 times daily.
Children 2 to 11 years: Apply 1 spray into each nostril 2 to 3 times daily.
Virashield: Adults: Take 1 capsule 3 times daily or as directed.
Children aged 6 to 12 years: Take 1 capsule 1-2 times daily or as directed.
Hi-Dose Vit C: Adults: 1 level teaspoonful in water or juice 1-2 times daily.
Immediate Support (for short-term adult use only):
Day 1-3: 1 level teaspoonful in water or juice every 2 to 3 hours during waking hours. Monitor dosage in accordance with bowel tolerance.
Day 4-7: 2 level teaspoonful twice or three times daily.
After Day 7: Return to recommended adult dosage or as directed by your health professional.
